ציוריי 'פמניזציה של אספלט' מתייחסים למקום בו עמדה פעם סמח' וכיום יש שם מגרש חנייה במיוחד על יד תחנת הרכבת ההיסטורית שציינה את הגבול בין פלסטינה וסוריה. 

The group of paintings entitled 'Feminization of Asphalt' relates to the place where Samakh once stood. Today in place of the Palestinian town there is a large car-park near the historic railway station which marked the border between Palestine and Syria
